Bonnie Rosen-Cowherd is the director of Divine Balance and conducts workshops and retreats. She holds an MDiv degree from Saint Paul School of Theology. Before beginning her work with Divine Balance, she was the program director for a local non profit organization, working within a five county area to address the needs of homeless persons and affordable housing. She conducted retreats and trainings for case managers at both the local level and at national conferences. As a graduate of the School for Charismatic Spiritual Direction in Pecos, New Mexico, she has been a spiritual director for over 30 years.

Ally Kateusz is the writer and researcher for the organization. She has taught at Webster University and the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and is a published author and poet. Currently she is enrolled in a doctoral program of Religious Studies at the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Recently she presented a paper on early Christian art at the International Conference of the Society of Biblical Literature (SBL) in Rome, Italy. She continues to be a presenter at both national and international conferences.

Shirley Fessel, MA, Med, has over 25 years of professional experience in education, training, counseling, and spiitual studies. She completed four years of Catholic theology and philosophy, fourteen years of Biblical study, and five years of religious abuse recovery studies. As an educator with Divine Balance, she facilitates participants' own discovery, validation, and affirmation of the divine feminine at work within their lives.
